THE TECHNOLOGY

One facility. One platform. Zero imports.

Noray is not a conventional shrimp farm adapted to indoor conditions. It is an infrastructure designed from scratch to produce premium shrimp at any latitude, with an indoor biofloc system that continuously reuses water and eliminates dependence on climate, transportation and international cold chain.

Two production buildings (A and B), a pre-growout hall, an in-house hatchery, processing and packaging in situ, and an independent water treatment system. The entire process — from postlarvae to packaged product — happens under one roof within a 100-meter radius.

THE SYSTEM

Indoor biofloc + sidestream RAS

01

Biofloc culture

A living microbial community in each tank that recycles the nutrients from feed. Biofloc is food, biofilter and sanitary barrier at the same time.

02

Sidestream RAS recirculation

A continuous treatment loop clarifies solids and reduces nitrate without interrupting the production tank. Water is reused, not discharged.

03

Real-time parameter control

Continuous sensors for oxygen, temperature, conductivity, pH and turbidity in every tank. Data every minute, no operator at the center.

04

Harvest on demand

We harvest the day of the order. Shrimp goes from tank to packaging in less than one hour.

PROPRIETARY PLATFORM

Software developed at Noray, for Noray.

While most of the industry uses commercial software designed for salmon farms, we have developed our own integrated management platform: tank control, automated feeding, water quality modeling, batch traceability and harvest prediction. The same platform we use internally is offered to broodstock customers as a complementary tool.

  • Continuous multi-parameter sensors
  • Automated feeding with adjustable frequency per tank
  • Batch traceability with QR code on every package
  • Predictive models for growth and FCR

TRACEABILITY

Every package tells its own story.

Every Noray package carries a unique code that connects the consumer to its batch: source tank, harvest date, diet, water parameters throughout the cycle. It is not a quality seal. It is the proof.
